The Job
We are seeking a full-time Senior Broker to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Broker at Crux Commercial Partners, you will play a pivotal role in mortgage lending, managing commercial mortgage projects, evaluating loan applications, providing financial advice to clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing client relationships, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with processing and placement teams to facilitate seamless transaction closings.
- Drive all aspects of the sales and client success process, including deal structuring, lead-to-deal conversion, and pipeline management.
- Cultivate a predictable pipeline, refining sales processes, and elevating the client experience.
- Uphold quality control and ensure process consistency within the sales organization.
- Foster rapport, alignment, and sales advocacy among management.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and continuity across all revenue streams and customer engagement lifecycle.
- Participate in assigned sales training initiatives.
- Support the placement team in crafting customer-centric proposals.

- Experience in Mortgage Lending, Loans, and Commercial Mortgages.

The Requirements
- Financial Services industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Mortgage lending, loans, or commercial mortgages, or a combination thereof.
- 6+ years of sales experience.
